How do I enroll in the Program?
We offer two convenient ways to enroll in the Program: Online through our secure website and through our toll free telephone enrollment service. By website: https://www.premiumenrollment.com.
By phone: 1-866-823-3248.

What information do I need to enroll?
You should have the following information available in order to successfully complete the enrollment process: Your social security number, your last name exactly as it appears in your employer's records, which you can verify by checking your payroll statement (check stub), your birthdate, the zip code of your address as it appears in your employer's records, the name(s) of the transit services you use, the name and location of where you park, the monthly amount you pay for each of the expenses you incur for transit, vanpooling and/or parking. Finally, if you plan to get reimbursed for your parking expenses and wish to have the money directly deposited to your bank account, you will need your bank account number and ABA routing number.

If I can’t supply the information requested during the enrollment process can I stop the process and continue later?
Yes, if you find at any point that you need to end the enrollment process to get information that you are unsure of, you may end the enrollment session and return at another time. However, if you return during the next enrollment cycle the benefit delivery will be determined by when you completed the enrollment not when you started the process. This may delay the receipt of your benefit if you do not complete the enrollment process during the same cycle as you started it.

What’s the advantage of enrolling through the website?
The website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be accessed at your convenience. If you enroll through the website, you will also be given an opportunity to set up your own personal and secure Online Management Account that allows you to track, monitor and modify your benefits as necessary. You will also have the opportunity to receive valuable transit information from time to time if you agreed to receive this information. The telephone enrollment service is available only during normal business hours and does not offer you the option of setting up an Online Management Account. However, even if you enroll through the telephone enrollment service, you can always visit the enrollment website to set up an online account, and customer service assistance is available regardless of how you enrolled.

What kind of benefit will I get when I enroll in the Commuter Tax$ave Program?
The benefit you receive and the amount of your savings will depend on your commute and the selections you make during the enrollment process. When you enroll you will answer questions about how you regularly commute to work and how much you pay for your commute. Based on your answers, you will be offered one or more products that will give you maximum savings and the greatest convenience.
